  • Account Manager

  • Project Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Has experience in managing website development projects, design projects, video production projects and implementing integrated marketing strategies
    • Acts as the main communicator to the client as the face of the team in order to have an open, collaborative approach during the project process; Manages the client relationships including project delivery and overall performance as it pertains to the assigned projects
    • Lead quality assurance of all projects to ensure that all are deliverables are excellent quality
    • Captures new orders/agreements and kicks off new projects in Asana, as well as assigning tasks to ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner; Responsible for hitting the overall timeline for projects
    • Ensures that all efforts through both video and digital production align together in order to attain a client’s needs
    • Manage project risks, issues or problems and activity progress to ensure project goals; Spearhead problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed
    • Employs innovative solutions when competing priorities arise between pipeline and resources
      • Leads effective client calls and/or internal meetings complete with agendas and documented next steps or key decisions
      • Review campaigns and analytics to provide recommendations to clients on next steps to enhance digital media and video efforts
    • Manages deliverables of approved scope of work and ensures change orders are completed for unapproved work

    Required skills and abilities

    • 5 – 10 years of experience working in advertising or marketing (i.e. branding, digital marketing, and video production, etc.)
    • Advanced abilities in managing project management tools, such as Asana and Everhour
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Presentation skills required
    • Experience handling production audits and timelines

    This full-time permanent position is for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist in the Jacksonville, Fla. area.     Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Assist with the execution and management of other digital marketing products, such as display banners and video advertising
    • Plan and execute AdWords and targeted display campaigns
    • Provide campaign reporting, metrics and analytics
    • Oversee day-to-day management of Targeted Display and AdWords budgets and accounts
    • Offer insights for sales proposals used by sales team

    Our ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and experience:

    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
    • Experience planning and executing targeted display campaigns
    • 3+ years managing AdWords accounts (search, display, shopping, etc.), preferably at a digital agency or marketing company
    • Google AdWords Certified
    • Strong understanding of digital production and marketing strategies
    • Proven experience in innovative digital campaign and effective service delivery
    • Ability to handle digital analysis and web metrics duties (Google Analytics)

  • Digital Content Producer

    • 2-3+ years of tangible experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn organic and paid advertising start to finish, including setting it up, managing expectations for the campaign, communicating the appropriate ad spend, running the campaign, and analyzing the campaign as it is in-process
    • 1-2+ years of email marketing experience using MailChimp including setting up automation emails, writing content for emails, sending emails, and reporting
    • Researching and ghostwriting blogs; AP writing style preferred
    • Ability and skills writing corporate collateral as needed; AP writing style preferred
    • Proven experience articulating why a certain platform should be used in conjunction with or instead of another platform
    • Demonstrated experience writing social media content and working on numerous campaigns on multiple platforms simultaneously; AP writing style preferred
    • Strong experience reading and interpreting reports from a variety of social media platforms
    • Stellar problem-solving skills, client relationship abilities, and deadline orientation
    • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Marketing or a related field
